    Water still comes through the holes the rope run through, I would suggest maybe the knot being encased in the rubber stopper itself in order to allow them to seat properly

    I have a lifetime fishing kayak and fit perfect, also like the rope loop as I use them along with a carabiner to store plugs when not in use.

    I bought these for my husband's new kayak. He was greatful to have them. However, two of the holes in the kayak were slightly smaller than the other holes. The plugs fell out of the smaller holes within minutes.

    I wouldn’t exactly describe these as “universal.” They we’re almost too large for the two drain holes on my sit on top Lifetime kayak. We’ll see if they keep me dry on my next trip down the river (if they do, I’ll update my review to add a star.) But I’m thinking they’re slightly too large and may still allow water to come through. They were definitely too large for the drain hole on the nose of my kayak. I’ll have to order a plug from somewhere else to fit it.

    A little bit of bubbling/leaking around the edges but generally kept the water out of the sitting area of my Field&Stream Eagle Talon - these are firm rubber and sit flush once I push them in which is what I was after.

    They fit just fine in my sit-on-top kayak. The work as advertised and have been easy to use. I worry that the rope attaching them will break at some point, but so far everything is good.
