This is a surprisingly good safety razor head for the price. It's more on the mild side in terms of aggressiveness. The shave was smooth and comfortable, no nicks or irritation. The safety bar side feels very similar to a EJ de89 in aggressiveness or lack of it. The open comb side is slightly more aggressive, which is to be expected, but it still provides a nice smooth shave. This would be a great starter razor for someone looking to try out safety razors and not wanting to drop a lot of money right away (the only drawback is that you would need to buy a handle separately). It's also basically two razors in one with the dual open comb and safety bar sides, which the open comb is great if your dealing with several days of growth. And for the price it really can't be beat. I bought this to use as a travel razor but I feel like I may be using this while I'm at home as well. BTW I paired this with a Weber bulldog handle without any issues.
